The APD public web, called the NYS Health Connector, launched on May 16, 2018. Phase 1 of the APD is complete and features a full suite of warehousing, security, and analytic capabilities with a focus on SPARCS and Vital Statistics mortality data. Phase 2 deployment began in summer 2018 and will incorporate additional data sources, features, and functionality.
