More stars mean better health plan performance with 5 stars being the best. Before making a decision ask questions to make sure you know what each plan offers.

Quality ratings are from information submitted by the health plans. The data for 2021 to 2022 ratings reflects services and care delivered during 2020 or 2021. Patient Satisfaction ratings are from a member survey conducted for the Department of Health. Plans that did not have data available are not included in star ratings. Ratings are based on a comparison of plan rates to statewide averages.
